A slightly distant starboard side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the Leyland Red Star Line cruise ship Lapland (1909) anchored at Monaco. Her starboard anchor is deployed and she has bunting hoisted at each of her four masts. Lifeboat 17 is swung out and has been lowered to promenade deck level. Monaco old town is in the background and the Casino de Monte Carlo can be seen just beyond the stern of the ship.
