The photographer is looking to port from the centreline at 62 station on 01 deck showing the engine room supply vent in the foreground, the AWN whip aerial for type 641 radio and the stowage for inflatable liferafts. The ship is berthed starboard side to the jetty. The two single 40mm bofors guns and the base of the mainmast belong to the frigate Euryalus (1963) which is berthed alongside. A vertical format negative.
