In the foreground is the platter slide. On the left are hot cupboards, a deep fryer and a shallow fryer. On the right are an hot cupboard, an automatic emergency lantern, a roasting oven, a steaming oven and three boiling coppers. A stainless steel dresser shelf unit is in the centre. Against the ship's side is a stainless steel bench with a shelf under and a shelf above and it has a gravity meat slicing machine on it.
