The photographer is in the conversion machinery room between 45 and 48 stations on the starboard side of 4 deck looking to starboard from the centreline at 47 station showing the pitometer log controller, the pitometer log, a motor generator and a cupboard on the left. Against the aft bulkhead are a transformer, an automatic change over switch, a transformer, a starter and two axial flow fans under ventilation trunking. A 25 KW rectifier and a small locker are against the ship's side.
