The photographer is in the H switchboard room between 57½ and 60 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking forward showing the feeder breaker distribution section against the ship's side and the switch and fuse distribution section against the starboard bulkhead. A fuse panel and a board holding specialist tools are against the forward bulkhead.
