The photographer is in the sonar control room between 41 and 43 stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking to starboard and aft showing the depth recording console for the type 170B sonar, a spares box and a card rack against the ship's side. Against the aft bulkhead are resistor boxes, a main starter, range and training retransmission units, an automatic emergency lantern and a fire extinguisher.
