The photographer is in the battery charging room between 48 and 50 stations on the centreline of 01 deck looking aft and slightly to port showing a lead-lined sink in the corner and a charging rack, a fuse panel and a paper towel roll against the aft bulkhead. A lead covered bench is on the right with a battery charging unit above it and two large batteries in wooden boxes are on charge.
