The photographer is in the machinery control room between 59 and 61½ stations on the centreline of 2 deck looking aft and to port from the starboard side showing the main engine control console on the right. The door to the room is in the port bulkhead and a number of warning bells and alarm buzzers are next to it. Three junction boxes and an amplifier are against the aft bulkhead.
