On the right are a boiling plate unit with three pans of food on it, a stainless steel dresser incorporating a condensing unit with saucepans and a large can opener on it and the fryer control panel above it. Three boiling coppers, two steaming ovens and two roasting ovens are against the aft bulkhead.
