The photographer is in the crew's galley and preparing space between 45 and 50 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking to starboard and slightly forward from 49 station on the port side showing an automatic emergency lantern, an ice cream machine and shelves over a work top and sink against the ship's side. In the foreground is a stainless steel dresser with a can opener fitted to the end. On the left are a range of hot cupboards, a deep fryer, a shallow fryer and a dresser with a condensing unit under it and a large can opener on the end of it.
