The photographer is in the wardroom between 50 and 56 stations on the port side of 1 deck looking forward and to starboard from 55 station showing three armchairs and two coffee tables in the foreground. A letter rack, a notice board, glass fronted book and trophy case, an air conditioning unit and framed photographic portraits of H.M. the Queen and H.R.H. Prince Philip are against the starboard bulkhead. A sideboard with a coffee pot heating unit is against the forward bulkhead and the wardroom table and chairs is in front of it.
