The photographer is in the junior rates' dining hall between 50 and 56 stations on 2 deck looking forward and to starboard from the port side at 55 station showing a table with bench seats. The beverages counter is on the left and three fuse panels are against the servery bulkhead. The sliding door to the C.P.Os and P.Os dining hall is in the starboard forward corner. A row of cupboards is against the starboard bulkhead and a cased model of the destroyer Tartar (1937) is on the top of them. A vertical format negative.
