The photographer is in the provision issue room between 38½ and 41 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking to starboard and forward showing two single pedestal desks, document racks, high level shelves and a clock reading 2.35. An adding machine, two filing trays, some papers and a rubber stamp are on the desks. A calendar supplied by K Langford, fruiterer and greengrocer of 118 Somers Road, Southsea, is showing January and February 1974 and the days are marked off indicating the date to be Monday 4 February. A vertical format negative.
