The photographer is in the enclosed bridge between 40 and 43½ stations on the centreline of 01 deck looking forward and to starboard from the port side at 43 station showing a telephone control box with two handsets, a loudspeaker and a depth and speed indicator panel against the forward bulkhead. The captain's high chair, the pelorus, a stabilizer unit. the pitometer log register, rudder indicator, fire control box, gun range indicator, engine telegraph repeater, fire extinguisher and telephones are in the forward extension of the bridge.
