The photographer is in the conversion machinery room between 45 and 48 stations on the starboard side of 4 deck looking to port from the starboard side at 47½ station showing two transformers, a starter, two automatic change over switches, two fuse panels, a wooden crate, an elevation amplidyne, a training amplidyne and a pitometer log speed and distance transmitter against the aft bulkhead. A cable hanger and a fuse panel are against the port bulkhead. A motor generator, a starter panel, a choke unit and a fire extinguisher are on the right with the pitometer log, pitometer log controller and a retransmission unit beyond them.
