The photographer is in the conversion machinery room between 45 and 48 stations on the starboard side of 4 deck looking to starboard from the port side at 47½ station showing a wooden crate, two transformers, a starter, two automatic change over switches and two fuse panels against the aft bulkhead. A retransmission unit, the pitometer log controller, the pitometer log and a motor generator are on the left. Two 25KVA 220V rectifiers and two axial flow fans in ventilation trunking are against the ship's side.
