On board the type 81 general purpose frigate HMS Tartar (1960) in Portsmouth Dockyard between November 1973 and April 1974 during a refit. The photographer is in the passageway between 64 and 67 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking forward and to port from 66½ station showing three fire extinguishers, a telephone handset, a transformer, five fuse panels, 5 gallon drums of foam liquid and a cable hanger. The watertight door at 64 station is closed. A vertical format negative.
