She is dressed overall and is flying the Blue Peter from the port yardarm on the foremast. Local vessels are in attendance at an accommodation ladder rigged from the promenade deck amidships. A coal hulk with the name "DEKADE" painted on the hullis in the left background. the negative is very slightly out of focus and has a few hairline scratches.
