The drawing shows the vessel with subsequent alterations up to January 1921 in green ink. The plan was later cancelled because it has been superceeded by a later plan. A John Brown builder's stamp dated 3 October 1916 is printed on the drawing. A Clydebank Shipyard Admiralty Overseer stamp dated 3 October 1916 and bearing a signature is also printed on the plan. A Portsmouth Dockyard Manager of Constructive Department stamp dated December 1916 is also printed on the drawing.
