The photographer in the operations room between 42 and 45½ stations on 1 deck looking to port and forward from 45 station on the starboard side showing an Admiralty Research Laboratory plotting table and a Kelvin Hughes radar command visual display unit on the left. Communications desks with a telephone switchboard and a fleet disposition board above them are against the forward bulkhead.
