The photographer is in the sonar instrument compartment between 16 and 28 stations on 3 deck looking aft on the starboard side from 17 station showing the hand winch next to the hatch of the hull outfit 19 (sonar type 170) and three standard electronic cabinets abaft it. Against the ship's side are a receiver/amplifier and sonar cabinets 5, 6 and 7. An electric fire and a telephone handset are against the aft bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
