The photographer is in the sonar instrument compartment between 16 and 28 stations on 3 deck looking forward on the port side from 26 station showing standard electronic cabinets I and J and the hatch cover to hull outfit 19 (sonar type 170) on the right. Card index filing drawers are on the hatch cover. Against the ship's side are standard electronic cabinets D, E, F, G, K and L. A desk, a telephone handset and three cupboards are against the forward bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
