On board the type 81 general purpose frigate HMS Tartar (1960) in Portsmouth Dockyard between November 1973 and April 1974 during a refit. The photographer is in the electronic warfare equipment room between 54¾ and 56 stations on the centreline of 01 deck looking aft showing a wooden cupboard unit against the port bulkhead. Two electronic units are on the end of the cupboard and a fan chamber starter is against the aft bulkhead alongside the door. A stool, a large cupboard and an electronic switch unit are against the starboard bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
