A formal group photograph of over fifty of the Royal Navy crew and medical staff of the hospital ship Plassy (1901) on her promenade deck while in Scapa Flow attending the Grand Fleet. Four of the group are in 'square rig' uniform and the remainder are in 'fore-and-aft' rig. Three artisan/artificer ratings are sitting on the deck in the centre foreground and a Royal Navy commander is sitting on a chair behind them. A copy negative made by the NMM studio of a photographic print.
