The artist is showing the aft end of the ship from the stadium deck with the three pools protected from the wind by the crane platforms on either side and a screen at the forward end of the games area on the poop. The ship is shown to be under way heading directly away from a coastline. The work is signed Kenneth Browne in the bottom left corner but is not dated.
