A crew member playing a trumpet on board the Canadian Pacific Steamships cruise ship Montclare (1922). He is standing on the deck under the aft docking bridge and one of the ship's lifebuoys is leaning against the ship's rail. The man is a senior rate with a white, high collared jacket, white trousers and a peaked cap and is seen from ahead of his right side. He is probably a senior steward and may be calling the passengers to the restaurant/dining rooms for a meal. A vertical format negative. Negative number P84031 is another view of the same man.
