In the control room on board the United States Navy nuclear powered submarine Scorpion (1959) in the Firth of Clyde. The photographer is looking at Commander N Bessac who is alongside the periscope. One of the pieces of equipment on the right has a leather cover over it. Negatives numbers PM7455/1A to PM7460/37A inclusive were taken on the same day.
