On board the United States Navy nuclear powered submarine Scorpion (1959) under way in the Firth of Clyde heading inward for Holy Loch. The photographer is looking forward from the fin on the port side of the sail showing some of the crew on the foredeck preparing mooring lines. There is slight camera movement resulting in an unsharp image. Negatives numbers PM7455/1A to PM7460/37A inclusive were taken on the same day.
