A starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the Canadian Pacific Steamships cruise ship Montrose (1922) at anchor off Merok in Geirangerfjord, Norway. Her two midships lifeboats have been launched while another boat is suspended in its falls just above the water. The aftermost boat is swung out and suspended in its falls at deck level but is still griped. An accommodation ladder is rigged at the aft shell door and a lifeboat is alongside it. Negative number P84061 was taken on the same occasion.
