On board the light cruiser Tiger (1945) in the North Atlantic off north-west Scotland during the NATO exercise Flat Rock. The Tiger (1945) was the flagship of Vice-Admiral F R Twiss who commanded a fleet of 46 ships drawn from six NATO nations for the exercise which took place in the waters off Cape Wrath and Loch Ewe.
