A starboard broadside view of the Canadian Pacific Steamships cruise ship Montrose (1922) at anchor in Gibraltar Bay. Her starboard anchor is deployed and she is dressed overall. A harbour service vessel, possibly a water boat, is secured alongside, just forward of the ship's stern. Awnings are rigged over the aft promenade deck and an extemporized swimming pool of canvas in a timber frame has been erected on the starboard side of the foredeck. Negative number P84074 was taken on the same occasion.
