A starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the Canadian Pacific Steamships cruise ship Montrose (1922) at anchor in Gibraltar Bay. Her starboard anchor is deployed and she is dressed overall. A harbour service vessel, possibly a water boat, is secured alongside, just forward of the ship's stern. Awnings are rigged over the aft promenade deck and an extemporized swimming pool of canvas in a timber frame has been erected on the starboard side of the foredeck. Negative number P84073 was taken on the same occasion.
