A port quarter view of the Canadian Pacific Steamships cruise ship Montrose (1922) alongside a wharf at Ceuta, Morocco. She is dressed overall and is flying the Blue Peter from the starboard yardarm on the foremast. A brow is rigged at a shell door and the top of her mainmast is out of the picture. The quay adjacent to the ship is thronged with onlookers and a number of motor cars and commercial vehicles are parked amongst stacks of oil drums on the quay.
