'Antinoe' (41)
The page is covered with studies of various Egyptian craft, including dahabeeyahs, gyassis and nuggers. Each vessel is portrayed individually on a stretch of calm, reflecting water with some bright colour details. The artist included some additional figure and landscape sketches: Two stretches of land at the top of the page, inscribed ‘looking north’ and ‘looking south’ and a view of Antiochia at the lower left of the sheet.
