A starboard bow view of the Orient Line cruise ship Orcades (1937) at anchor and moored in the Saltsjon at Stockholm, Sweden
A starboard bow view, taken from fine off the bow, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orcades (1937) at anchor and moored in the Saltsjon at Stockholm, Sweden. She has both anchors deployed and the badge on the ship's stem is prominent. An accommodation ladder is rigged at the starboard quarter. The Blue Star Line cruise ship Arandora Star (1927), seen from ahead of her starboard beam, is anchored and moored on approximately the same heading and almost parallel to the Orcades, being off to port in the near distance. She is flying the Blue Peter from the port yardarm on her foremast and has an accommodation ladder rigged amidships. The Sodermalm district is in the background.
