At anchor are the Royal Fleet Auxiliary stores carrier Fort Duquesne (1944), pendant A229 and the fleet replenishment tanker Tidesurge (1954), pendant number A98. In the background are an unidentified tanker, possibly United States Navy, and a merchant ship. The photographer's caption says that one of the ship's is the Pakistan Naval oiler Attock but this is definitely incorrect.
