In a senior rate's mess on board a Royal Navy Tribal class Type 81 general purpose frigate. On the left is an electric fire with a calendar, a framed photograph of two naval ships and a wooden statue of an antelope above it. Next to the fire is a crockery cupboard. Two triple tier bunk units and an easy chair are on the right and a crew member is sitting on one of the bunks. The name of the vessel, the location and the date are unknown but it is probably in Persian Gulf or Caribbean waters.
