A slightly distant port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orcades (1937) anchored at Kotor, Yugoslavia. Her starboard anchor is deployed and an accommodation ladder is rigged at the aft shell door. Three of the ship's boats are under way shuttling passengers between the ship and the shore. The port side lifeboat number 16 is missing from its falls and the Blue Peter is flying at the port yardarm on the foremast . A brigantine rigged steam yacht is at anchor beyond the bow of Orcades, close the shore line.
