On board the Royal Navy riverine gunboat Skull (1963) alongside the jetty at Kuching, Sarawak. The photographer is in the accommodation cabin amidships showing two bunks, a table and a wicker basket chair. The boat was manned by members of Naval Party Kilo. This was during the Indonesian confrontation which ran from 20 January 1963 to 11 August 1966.
