She is the British contribution to the NATO STANAVFORLANT (the Standing Naval Force Atlantic). The photographer is on the port side of the forecastle on board an unidentified Royal Navy Ton class minesweeper, looking to starboard. The barrel of the minesweeper's 40 mm gun is on the right. A slightly unsharp vertical format negative.
