A close starboard bow view of the Orient Line cruise ship Orford (1928) manoeuvring off the quayside at Kingston, Jamaica. The photographer is looking through a dorrway on the wooden quayside showing the ship with her bow angled slightly towards the quay. The tip of her bow, the top of her foremast and everything aft of the mainmast are out of the picture. Wind scoops are fitted to some of the ports and a shell door is open at the forward end of the superstructure. A vertical format negative.
