She is just beginning to rise onto her foils and her hull number is PGH2. Beyond her is the tank landing ship Wood County (1957), hull number LST 1178. The Tucumcari (1967) is on a round-Europe demonstration deployment supported by the Wood County (1957) which lasted from 5 April 1971 when they arrived at Copenhagen to 1 October 1971 when they sailed from the Mediterranean.
