On board the Royal Navy torpedo recovery and patrol vessel Arlingham (1953) berthed alongside a jetty at the north end of Gibraltar harbour. The photographer is on the port side of the deck abreast the winch drum looking forward and slightly to starboard showing the lattice mast and the rear of the open bridge. One of the ship's liferings is fitted to the base of the mast. The radar platform at the top of the mast is out of the picture. A vertical format negative.
