On board the Royal Navy coastal minesweeper Upton (1956) while under way in Gibraltar Bay in early 1980 during exercise Test Gate. The photographer is looking aft from the starboard bridge wing showing the funnel, the starboard derrick post and the sweep deck. She has the badge of the 10th Mine Counter Measures Squadron on her funnel. She is towing a fleet tender and the southern end of Gibraltar is in the background.
