The badminton court and the Anchor Inn at the forward operating base of a detachment of 845 Naval Air Commando Squadron at Nanga Gaat in the jungle of Sarawak, which operated from 19 August 1963 to 23 June 1965 during the Indonesian and Malaysian Confrontation. The Anchor Inn is constructed with woven panel walls under a wood tiled roof.
