In the wardroom on board the United States Navy guided missile destroyer Claude V Ricketts (1960) while under way between Kiel and Norfolk, Virginia. A United States Navy Lieutenant-Commander is sitting under a framed oil painting of Admiral Claude Vernon Ricketts.
