A motor passenger vessel alongside a landing stage at Aardal on Aardalsfjord, Sogn og Fjordane, Norway
A wooden hulled motor passenger vessel, seen from well abaft her port beam, is alongside a landing stage at Aardal, also known as Aardalstangen, at the head of Aardalsfjord, Sogn og Fjordane, Norway. The vessel is fully laden with tourist passengers. The landing stage has a sheerlegs derrick on it. A clinker built, transom sterned open boat is in the foreground. There is another Aardal and Aardalsfjord in Rogaland, Norway and it is possible that this image may be of this place.
