The passenger cruise ship Duchess of Richmond (1928) in the north harbour at Algiers.
A port quarter view, taken from fine off the stern, of the passenger cruise liner Duchess of Richmond (1928) berthed stern-on to the Compagnie Generale Transatlantique terminal quay in the north harbour at Algiers. Her stern is out of the picture. A causeway of pontoons is alongside the ship and local traders are peddling their wares on the pontoons. The local steam tug Furet II (1930), seen from very fine off her port bow, is berthed alongside the pontoons.
