Marines, Zeebrugge
A study of five men in tin hats drawn up loosely at attention, four in puttees and with a warrant officer to the left in loose trousers, and inscribed by Wyllie lower right 'Major T F V Cooke DSO RM'. the current title suggests it relates to the Zeebrugge Raid of 23 April 1918, though the basis for that remains to be checked.
