Scale 1:192 blueprint drawing giving a General Arrangement Profile and Plan showing the disposition of the armament following refit in the USA (Charleston Navy Yard, 30 March - 15 December 1943, following her being torpedoed on 18 November 1942 while escorting a Malta convoy).

Together with the drawing is a covering letter from the British Admiralty Delegation, Washington DC, to RCNC Bath, dated 11 December 1943.
